Welcome to Day 26 of this journey with the Body By Vi Shake Mix.
It has been an interesting journey to say the least so far.
Stats for today:
Weight: 231.4- for those who are keeping up with this.
Flavors for the Day: Frozen Mango for breakfast, and Honey Peanut Butter for lunch
As with the first shake in the morning, the mango definitely woke me up to begin my day. That is always a nice bonus.
For my lunch shake, I stuck with honey peanut butter, nuked in the microwave until liquid. When you put it in the microwave, and heat it up, it makes for a smoother shake, and you are not stuck with a chunk at the bottom.

One shake got me my fruit intake, and the other was very filling, and gave me a protein boost with the HPB. (HPB=Honey Peanut Butter).
Both of them came out yummy though. The frozen fruit though really is a blessing and works the best, for the sheer fact you do not have to add ice. With the peanut butter though, for a thick shake add some ice.
