Body By Vi Shake Mix Test Day Four

Well we are in day four of the Body by Vi Shake Mix testing. Today was the strawberry flavor packet .( I do recommend that you use frozen strawberries in place of the powder, for the non chalky taste. But that is just my preference.when you added a frozen fruit like a strawberry in this case, you also would be adding more umph in the nutrition area albeit a small umph.You also for go the ice and it is not near as watered down.)

Beginning weight for today was 234.4 lbs.

Blueberry Peanut Butter(Jelly and PB)- I used fresh blueberries again.
