Sorry this is a day late but here is the information for yesterday.

Flavor of the Day: Frozen Mango/Frozen Blueberry

This combination was not a bad one to have. It made for nice flavor. The color was mainly purple, but with fleck's of mango. As I have mentioned before it gives a great quick boost to your day and evening.

No telling what the next day will bring. Hopefully something yummy with a nutrient boost that can help me in my journey. This week shakes will be at breakfast and lunch till the end of this test.
