Flavor of Day: Blueberry Cocoa
I am glad the weight stayed put, but I would have liked a loss, but progress maybe slow, but it is progression.
This shake actually ended up having more of a mocha flavor to it because of the cocoa. There are not many substitutes for chocolate that could work, carob maybe, but that is about all i can think of.
As mentioned before in previous posts i am doing this for the nutrition side of things, the weight loss
for me personally is a bonus.
